What we store

We store the data your school enters into the platform — student records, fee data, attendance, notices, staff details, academic records. We do not buy or sell student data, and we never share it with third parties for advertising.

This marketing website

aischolr.com uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (page views, traffic sources, device type). No personally identifying information is collected — IP addresses are anonymised by default. We use this data only to improve the site. When you submit the demo form, the form contents are sent directly to our team email and are not processed by any third-party form service.

How it's protected

• Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• Hosted on infrastructure inside India where available, with audited fallback regions.
• Role-based access — principals, teachers, admin staff, and parents see only what their role allows.
• Daily automated backups, retained for 30 days.
• Audit logs for sensitive operations (data exports, deletions).

Who can access it

Inside your school: only the users you grant access to, scoped by role. Inside AiScholr: a small support team, only on explicit request from a school administrator (e.g. for troubleshooting), and every access is logged.

Export and deletion

You can export student records, fee history, and academic reports at any time. If you choose to leave AiScholr, we provide a full data export and permanently delete the data after a 30-day grace period, except where retention is required by law.

Children's data

We treat student data as sensitive by default. Parent consent is obtained at the school level via your enrolment process. We do not contact students directly.
