Do you support different exam types (unit test, half-yearly, finals)?
Yes — set up as many exam types as your school uses. Each can have its own scoring (out of 10, 50, or 100) and how much it counts toward the term grade.
Can different classes have different exam patterns?
Yes. Class 1-5 might have only unit tests, Class 6-10 might have unit + half-yearly + finals, Class 11-12 might be different again. All configurable per class.
How do board exam marks get into the system?
For Class 10 and 12 board results, you enter the marks once they’re released. The system stores them in the student’s permanent record alongside the school’s internal exam history — useful when parents ask for consolidated marks or an audit needs them.
Can parents see marks before publishing?
No. Marks are private to the teacher and principal until the principal publishes them. This prevents confusion if marks are still being reviewed.
Who can edit marks once they’re entered?
