Do both parents get separate logins?
Multiple guardians can be added to a student’s record — father, mother, grandparents, official guardian — but the parent app login currently uses the primary registered phone number, so one guardian logs in at a time. Other guardians stay in the record for the school office’s reference.
What can parents see in the AiScholr parent app?
Live attendance (notified the moment the teacher saves), homework, fee bills and receipts, notices from the school, progress reports the moment they’re published, the school calendar, and their child’s documents. Everything organised by child for multi-child families.
What if I forget my password?
Tap “forgot password” on the login screen and you’ll be guided through a quick reset. Most parents use face/fingerprint login, so this rarely comes up.
Does the app work on slow phones / 2G?
Yes — the app is lightweight and built for the affordable phones and slow networks common across India. Most pages load instantly even on a basic connection.
Can I see my child’s progress without paying fees first?
Yes. Attendance, notices, homework, and report cards are always visible. Schools can choose to restrict some features if fees are very overdue — that’s a school-level setting.
Is my child’s data safe?
Yes — your child’s data is fully protected. Only you, your child’s teachers, and authorised school staff can see it. No advertising. No selling data to anyone.
